Abstract: The goal of this talk is to present the paper due to Igor B. Frenkel and Marcos Jardim whose title is the same of the lecture. There the authors started to investigate the moduli space of mathematical instantons framed along a line, hoping that this moduli spaces is easier to handle than the moduli space of physical instantons.
