Freitags um 14:00 Uhr im Seminarraum 049 in der Takustr. 9 statt.
Vorläufige Terminreservierungen ohne Gastname sind als
"(reserviert von [Einladende/r])" einzutragen; Termine noch ohne Gewähr als
"(wahrscheinlich)" o.ä. zu markieren. Im Rumpf des Eintrags steht jeweils, wer den Vortrag organisiert. (Zur technischen Notation siehe
ShortHand.)
Ab spätestens einen Tag vor dem Vortrag sollte auch eine Zusammenfassung dabeistehen.

Semantic Business Process Management
Semantic Business Process Management (SBPM) is the combination of Corporate Semantic Web technologies, such as rules, events and ontologies, with BPM. This unique combination promises enhanced automation in discovery, configuration and composition of appropriate process components, information objects, and services, as well as automated mediation between different heterogeneous interfaces and abstraction levels, targeted complex queries on the process space and flow, and in general much more agile business process management. This talk explains the principles of ontology based SBPM and demonstrates it on the example of the Microsoft Visio based Semantic BPM tool "SemTalk".

Dynamic Component Composition - Vision vs Reality
The vision of component-based software engineering is often described using the Lego block metaphor – complex applications are built by stacking together simple, re-usable and inexpensive parts. We are interested in two questions related to these new generation component models: firstly, can existing composition techniques ensure the correctness of assemblies? Secondly, is it possible to automate the modularisation of monolithic legacy systems?
