"Challenges and perspectives in the simulation of biomolecular systems"

Abstract: Arguably, biology is the discipline where the current scientific frontier is. But modern biology has become quantitative and now heavily relies on connections to physics, physical chemistry, and mathematics. In this lecture I will sketch why biomolecular simulation is useful, how it can be done, where the challenges are, and where we might be in 10 years from now.
