The HCC Research Group seeks to hire a full-time research associate (f/d/m) for the project ENKIS.

This position focuses on the question of how we can design AI-based systems in a way that prevents discrimination against individuals or invasion of privacy already during the development of AI technologies. Furthermore, your research will tackle the challenge of offering explanations to the users of AI technologies in relation to data and models, so that decisions and predictions can be understood.
