In TABLE A:

  • 1st cell -- named CODE:

Enter the eight-digit CODE number of the courses you choose (e.g. 19303701+19303702). Do NOT enter the module key, which is a combination of digits and letters (0086eA.1.15) !
The module key is not specific enough.
Modules and their module keys serve as umbrella terms -- they may be realized by different combinations of lectures. Very often modules consist of several courses which in combination have to be completed to receive the number of ECTS for the module.

This holds true for example for lectures and their tutorials. Here you enter the CODE number for both items on one line, such as the code for the lecture 19303701 plus the code of the corresponding tutorial 19303702 -- in this way it is clear that you attend lecture + tutorial.

→ The cell tagged "CODE" in TABLE A might then look like "19303701 + 19303702" or "19303701 + 02"
  • 2nd cell -- named SUBJECT:

Enter the title of the lecture, possibly followed by "and tutorial/practice seminar".
