If you would like to transfer from another university to Freie Universität Berlin, please proceed as follows:

Programs with a mandatory application process 
(i.e. B. Sc. & M. Sc. Bioinformatics):

• Wait for confirmation of the application.
• Dermatriculate from your old university.
• Enroll at the FU.

Programs of study without a mandatory application process
(i.e. all others):

• Enroll at the FU.

• Dermatriculate from your old university.

• Submit the confirmation of your deregistration to the FU student administration.
