Well, that might've been too much ...

… and the mental health is declining …

Don’t worry. You don’t have to deal with it on your own. There are also places here at Uni to get help with that too. And to seek help requires bravery and willpower.

There are two first possible first contact points: the Psychological Counselling at Student Service Center (SSC) at Iltisstr. 4 or also the Support.Points at many faculties here over the campus.

At the support.point you get advice from psychological therapists (in training) under confidentiality, and if you wish also anonymously. There are open office hours every week where you can just drop by. One of the support.points is at Arnimallee 14.

Now go to the

support.point MIP

in room 0.2.22 of A14.

Now take the other entrance, you didn't take to enter this building which is also nearer from here. You are now back in Arnimallee and the museum for European Cultures should be on the other side of the street. You need to get back to the Physics building now, that means back into the direction where the Maths buildings are. Take the first entrance to your right you encounter, but not the one on the side where the BoB is :) Then keep going to the right …

If you want to go to one of the support.points, you can find their open office hours at every faculty on their page. For the drop by ones you don’t have to make an appointment, you can just go there but might need some time. On that page you can also make an appointment with the person of that specific place and you can get informed if there are some short notice changes.

Those from Psychological Counseling also offer workshops and training groups to specific topics throughout the semester. Maybe there's something useful for you too?
