Protease Kinetics

• MSSimulator Paper published in JPR
• prepared thesis outline AicheOutlineDraft
• implemented 1st draft of verification tool for protease kinetics with Tim
  • plotting/analyzing model variation for different fits (varying model quality, simulation parameters)
  • analyzing quality of parameter estimation given different fits (…)
• formulated 1st ideas on model verification/selection that maybe will be integrated into the thesis
  • quality of estimated parameters
  • model reduction based

• started a port of ideas to OpenMS

PROTEOMICS_* (biocomp)

• general work on worker, libs, architecture for Java framework at biocomp
• some visualization stuff needed for displaying results

Plans for upcoming 6 month

• finish thesis planing (outline, general topics)
• write protease kinetics paper
• start writing thesis
