TI-II: Rechnerarchitektur

The module Computer Architecture covers the basic concepts and architectures of computer systems. This includes among others: Harvard/v. Neumann architecture, microarchitecture, RISC/CISC, microprogramming, pipelining, cache, memory hierarchy, bus systems, assembler, multiprocessor systems, VLIW, branch prediction. Moreover, the course covers internal number representations, computer arithmetics and the representation of other data types in a computer.
