The Embedded Eye is an extension module for other sensor boards. It was designed to integrate picture ability to our sensor boards. The interface to the embedded eye is a RS232 connector. so that a microcontrolled sensor board can obtain a picture as a serial stream from the eye-module. The picture can then be send over radio connections to a gateway from where it can be send to the web or another Gateway over the net.

The Embedded EYE can be attached for example to the Embedded Sensor Board.
