In collaboration with the Berlin University Alliance, the Weizenbaum Institute, and Wikimedia Germany, the event:

"Yes, we are open!? Shaping Artificial Intelligence Responsibly"

will take place on March 25, 2025.

Prof. Müller-Birn was part of the scientific team supporting the conceptualization and organization of the conference. The goal of the event is to bring together research institutions, start-ups, industry partners, and civil society actors to discuss how we can develop AI systems sustainably and use them responsibly from a European perspective. A central prerequisite for this is the consistent application of Open Science principles.
