Ruchika holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mathematics from the University of Delhi. Following her graduation, she pursued her Master's degree in Applied Mathematics (M.Sc.) at South Asian University in New Delhi. Under the supervision of Dr. Ranjan Kumar Mohanty, she completed her thesis titled "Numerical Solution of One- and Two-Dimensional Nonlinear Parabolic PDEs Using the High-Order Compact Finite Differences Method." She joined the Cybersecurity & AI group at Freie Universität Berlin as a Ph.D. candidate in February 2023, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Ing. habil. Gerhard Wunder. Specifically, she is focusing on post-quantum cryptography
