FUB skin

FUB skin (FU Berlin skin) is a simple customization of the default PatternSkin. The only changes are:
- A patch introducing the TOPICTITLE variable
  - (This requires a patch to the TWiki distribution introducing the TOCTITLE variable; for a description, see http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/Codev/PageTitleVariable)
- Modified Toolbar-Template to move to the botton of the page.
- Changes to layout.css and style.css
- Use of the USERSTYLEURL style sheet variable for the web-specific coloring

For using the skin in a Web, insert a block along the following lines into the WebPreferences:

   * FUB skin preferences:
      * Set TWIKILAYOUTURL = %PUBURL%/%MAINWEB%/FubSkin/layout.css
      * Set TWIKISTYLEURL = %PUBURL%/%MAINWEB%/FubSkin/style.css
      * Set USERSTYLEURL = %PUBURL%/%MAINWEB%/FubSkin/Main-color.css
      * Set SKIN = FUB
   * TOPICTITLE sets the html- =&lt;title&gt;= of any page. TOCTITLE defaults to the first <nop>%toc%; the value given here is a fallback only:
      * Set TOCTITLE = %TOPIC% < %WEB% < FUB
      * Set TOPICTITLE = %TOCTITLE%
