Sequencing data will be stored at BeGenDiv for different time depending on project types

Type I: External, sequencing only

All data will be deleted after 3 month.

Type II: External, collaboration

  1. Fastq files will be deleted after one year, but can be generated from raw files in urgent cases.
  2. All data will be deleted after 5 years

Type III: Internal

All data will be deleted after 10 years.
