Deadline: Mittwoch, 08.04.2015Schreibe ein Programm, dass:
- das den Output der FCA benutzt und erstelle hiermit die Hassediagramme metabolischer Netzwerke
- Die Knoten in dem Diagramm entsprechen den Reaktionen des metabolischen Netzwerkes
- Voll gekoppelte Reaktionen sind zu einem Knoten zusammen gefasst
- ist Reaktion j gerichtet gekoppelt an Reaktion i, dann sollen j und i verbunden sein und j ist oberhalb von i.
