Developed M-NetAligner using Lemon Graph library

Wrote a manuscript for recomb 2013 Beijing

Extend M-NetAligner using T-Coffee technique

Verification of alignment result (use some banchmark set of functional orthologs)

write a manuscript on GNA using T-Coffee
