This will be a workshop with lectures, presentations, informal discussions and posters that treat discrete models in the areas of geometry and topology, including extremal discrete geometry and topological combinatorics. It is the final workshop of the 2010-2015 ERC Advanced Grant Project "SDModels: Structured Discrete Models as a basis for studies in Geometry, Numerical Analysis, Topology, and Visualization"

We are also keeping a few lecture slots open for additional talks, in particular by younger participants. Suggestions welcome!
