Learning and Prediction in Artificial Systems
Adaptivity is an important aspect of artificial and natural intelligence. In this talk, I will discuss prerequisites for adaptive behaviour and present computational models of sensorimotor prediction as well as robotics experiments. Computational models that learn and predict consequences of own and others’ actions might also account for processes of self-construction in humans, as well as for principles of learning and development in artificial systems.
