Places for student beginners in all degrees at Freie Universität Berlin are currently limited, so that an application is compulsory. Find all necessary information of application and admission here.

Acknowledgement of external course achievements

Any credits achieved at external universities will be accredited by

• Prüfungsausschuss Informatik = Examination Board Computer Science or by
• Prüfungsausschuss Mathematik = Examination Board Mathematics

You might afterwards be placed in a higher semester by the Examination Board and can then enroll in the degree of your choice.
