The student is expected to implement advanced algorithms and to have a profound knowledge of @Matlab and some basic knowledge of mathematics of numerical optimization.
The student position is part of the new priority program “Compressed Sensing in Information Processing” and the research will be carried out in close collaboration with the research group Quantum Information Theory of Prof. Eisert. There will be also close links to the Communications and Information Theory Chair of Prof. Caire and the Applied Functional Analysis Chair, Institute of Mathematics, of Prof. Kutyniok at the Technische Universität Berlin.
