We use a Wiki for offering a listing of theses → BSc and MSc Topics.

Our group mainly works on algorithms for NGS analysis in the SeqAn library (www.seqan.de), and on algorithms for the analysis of HPLC/MS proteomics data (www.openms.de). But of course, also other topics are possible.
