The Berlin Center for Genomics in Biodiversity Research (BeGenDiv) has opportunities for Bioinformatics students to perform analyses of real data and learn how to connect the results with relevant biological questions.

The BeGenDiv performs many different kinds of projects related to Biodiversity, including metagenomics, transcriptomics, whole genome comparison, phylogenetics, population genomics, among others.

Students from FU can participate on various projects during their internship periods (Berufspraktika and Forschungpraktika) or on single projects during their studies (Bachelor or Master). For positions available please read here.
